Choke collars, or slip collars, have been around for many years and were among the first collars ever invented. Our version of the choke collar, constructed of double-braided rope, is coveted by trainers around the world. The beauty of a choke collar is that it makes training your dog to walk on lead much easier than a regular buckle collar. This type of collar is designed to be positioned at the top of a dog’s neck, making corrections much more effective. Our rope version is much more humane than a choke chain and will smoothly release following correction and will not lock up or pull fur out. Comes with two welded steel rings.
